THE INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED LASER DENTISTRY ISSUES CALL FOR
SPEAKERS FOR 6TH ANNUAL CLINICIANS' MEETING

CERRITOS, Calif. - August 11, 2008 - The Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry (IALD) today announced that it is seeking speaker proposals for the 6th Annual Clinicians' Meeting, taking place February 11-15, 2009 at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

The Annual Clinicians' Meeting is a highly anticipated, non-exclusive educational and networking event for both dentists and vendors alike. The event features concurrent seminars where a broad audience across dental disciplines - including general practitioners, advanced specialties, dental hygienists and general dental staff - come together to share, learn and collaborate.

Organizers of the Annual Clinicians' Meeting are interested in proposals for 50-minute sessions on topical industry issues that will provide educational benefit to attendees. Speakers should be seasoned presenters with expertise in the conference's key areas of focus and represent a variety of dental disciplines. Areas of particular interest for this year's event include:

- Lasers in dentistry
- Laser basic science
- Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure™ (LANAP™)
- Occlusion
- Patient care
- Marketing LANAP
- Hi-tech equipment
- Periodontics
- Practice Management
- Biostimulation

The PerioLase® MVP-7 is the only dental laser designed specifically for use in LANAPÑan FDA-cleared and patented Laser Periodontal Therapy (LPT) technique that is less painful, less invasive treatment alternative to conventional scalpel/suture flap surgery with fewer complications.

Sponsored by Millennium Dental Technologies and hosted by the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry, the Annual Clinicians' Meeting follows the guidelines for the American Dental Association's Continuing Education Program (ADA CERP) and the American General Dentistry Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) created to assist members of both organizations and the dental profession in identifying and participating in quality training programs. The conference offers up to 21 hours of continuing education (CE) credit.

To submit an abstract for consideration, please send a one-page, single-spaced Microsoft Word document via email to Jennifer Cook, director of marketing, at lanap@millenniumdental.com. Deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on September 15, 2008. Speakers whose abstracts are accepted for a podium presentation will be notified by October 12, 2008 via email. Accepted abstracts may be published in the conference program.
